Perfectly formed microfoam or milk froth requires milk heated to a precise temperature - the magic 60°C to 71°C range. That's why this Taylor Pro milk frothing thermometer is such an essential tool - whether you're serving lattes, cappuccinos or hot chocolates.
Clip it to the side of jugs and saucepans: it'll accurately read your milk's temperature, allowing you to use a steam wand, electric whisk or milk frother to make your foam. The long stainless steel probe reaches right down into the bottom of deep jugs too, making it easy to take accurate readings.
There's no risk of it fogging up. This milk frothing thermometer's dial is sealed, so it's always easy to read.
