Composition
- Povidone Iodine IP 10% w/v
- equivalent to available Iodine 1.0 % w/v
Application
- Pre & Post surgical skin antisepsis as a first aid antiseptic to help prevent infection in minor cuts, scraps & burns for body painting before surgery
As directed by Physician & Surgeon
- Use undiluted for pre-operative preparation of skin and dilute 1:1 for vaginal douche and mucous membrane
- Allow to dry prior to application of dressing, drape and cast. Avoid application to large areas of broken skin
