Tryptose
Trytose is It is used in Tryptose media,vaccine preparation media for rapid and luxuriant growth as desired for large scale production of vaccines and toxins, for supplementing tissue culture media for propagation of HeLa cells.
Trytose is specially prepared enzymic hydrolysate of protein, to meet the nutritional requirements of fastidious microorganisms. It is used in Tryptose media, where blood cells are maintained in excellent state and so haemolytic reactions can be easily demonstrated. It is also used in vaccine preparation media for rapid and luxuriant growth as desired for large scale production of vaccines and toxins, for ing tissue culture media for propagation of HeLa cells.
