Phenol Red Broth Base
A basal medium to which carbohydrates are added for determination of fermentation reactions of pure cultures of microorganisms.
Recommended to determine the fermentation reaction of carbohydrates for differentiation of microorganisms. The medium serves as a differential medium for differentiation of various species and general, by the production of acid or acid and gas.
